سنسور رطوبت DHT22/AM2302، یک سنسور عالی جهت سنجش دما و رطوبت هواست. این سنسور از معروف ترین سنسور های سنجش دما و رطوبت بوده که دارای خروجی دیجیتال تک سیم کالیبره شده و با دقت بالا می باشد.
این سنسور از دو بخش تشکیل شده است، یک سنسور رطوبت خازنی و یک مقاومت گرمایی. یک تراشه بسیار ساده نیز در آن وجود دارد که تبدیل آنالوگ به دیجیتال را انجام می دهد تا خروجی دیجیتال را تولید کند.
این سنسور دارای خروجی کاملا کالیبره شده می باشد. از خصوصیات آن قابلیت اندازه گیری دما منفی 40 تا مثبت 80 درجه سانتی گراد با رزولوشن 0.1 و دقت 0.5 درجه و اندازه گیری رطوبت 0 تا 100 درصد با رزولوشن 0.1 و دقت 2 درصد می باشد. این سنسور به دلیل داشتن سیستم میکروکنترلر داخلی و حافظه OTP به سرعت دیتای کالیبره شده را در خروجی خود تحویل می دهد.
AM2302 قابلیت ارسال اطلاعات تا برد 100 متر را داراست. این سنسور استفاده های بسیاری در صنعت مانند دستگاه جوجه کشی، سیستم های تهویه و پروژه های شخصی دارد.
توجه
1. از این کالا در مواردی که از کار افتادن سنسور باعث بوجود آمدن حادثه می شود، استفاده نکنید.
2. دمای لحیم کاری می بایست زیر 260 درجه سلسیوس باشد.
3. از این سنسور در مکان های با رطوبت زیاد استفاده نشود.
4. توصیه می شود تا آنجایی که امکان دارد سنسور با فاصله مناسب از دیگر قطعات الکترونیکی قرار گیرد تا تحت تاثیر حرارت تولید شده قطعات مجاور آن قرار نگیرد.
5. تماس بیش از اندازه با منابع نوری قوی و نور فرا بنفش بر عملکرد این سنسور تاثیر می گذارد.
Description
The AM2302 is a basic, low-cost digital temperature and humidity sensor.
Its sensing elements are connected with an 8-bit single-chip computer. Every sensor of this model is temperature compensated and calibrated in an accurate calibration chamber and the calibration-coefficient is saved in a type of program in OTP memory when the sensor is detecting, it will cite coefficient from memory. Small size and low consumption & long transmission distance(100m) enable AM2302 to be suited in all kinds of harsh application occasions. Single-row packaged with four pins, making the connection very convenient.
They consist of a humidity sensing component, an NTC temperature sensor (or thermistor) and an IC on the backside of the sensor. For measuring humidity, they use the humidity sensing component which has two electrodes with moisture holding substrate between them.
There is also a very basic chip inside that does some analog to digital conversion and spits out a digital signal with the temperature and humidity. The digital signal is fairly easy to read using any microcontroller.
Attentions
* Welding temperature should be below 260Celsius.
* Avoid using the sensor under dew condition.
* Don’t use this product in safety or emergency stop devices or any other occasion that failure of AM2302 may cause personal injury.
