Thermocouples are very sensitive, and therefore need to use cold compensation requires a good amplifier. MAX31855K now used instead of the previous MAX6675 chip, so it is possible to measure a wide temperature measuring range. Now includes ferrite beads and filter capacitors onboard for better stability.
